We are looking for a highly motivated, self-sustained expert to join our continuous improvement team. You will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement processes throughout the organization that are key to drive the profitability of the company. You will play a leading role in digitizing and automating the organization.
This position will report to the Continuous Improvement Leader.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze key processes in the organization whose optimization will drive the profitability of the company.
Develop strategies for process enhancements
Design and implement action plans to eliminate wasteful or ineffective practices, processes, and procedures.
Present and discuss process ideas with team members
Create quality documents together with Quality Management in order to facilitate implementation of quality processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the organization to enhance productivity.
Train, mentor and guide operational units in the use of lean processes.
Document, track, and monitor current project performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop a culture of engagement from all levels of the business to maximize the use of lean processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in life science or IT
Strategic and analytical mindset, very good process understanding
Experience in process optimization and operations
Change management and can-do attitude as well as entrepreneurial spirit
Very good understanding of validation of computerized systems
Well-structured and goal-oriented working style
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and German enabling you to act in an international working environment.
