YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure across multiple geographic locations.
Assist in designing and planning IT infrastructure and applications.
Ensure all relevant hardware is maintained at the required patch levels.
Plan and manage capacity, availability, and system performance.
Oversee infrastructure lifecycle management, including maintenance, patching, updates, and upgrades across multiple systems and platforms.
Manage the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for servers, end users, and equipment, including patch and software management.
Coordinate and administer backup schedules, ensuring all systems are backed up and recovery procedures are documented and tested.
Deploy, manage, and maintain hardware/software to ensure compliance with company security practices.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system builds, configurations, and best practices.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of user and technical issues.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
Adhere to established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of networking concepts, including SD-WAN.
