RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing of incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with the responsible business development (BD) manager

Participation in technical calls with clients together with the responsible BD manager and subject matter expert/scientific advisor in order to better understand the clients´ business needs

Compilation of tailored technical proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules and timelines

Perform and coordinate internal review process of proposals with key stakeholders (BD-manager, subject matter experts, scientific advisors, accounting, legal)

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific field, healthcare or business-related field

Sociability, friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team

Structured and result-oriented approach

Very good communication skills

Assertiveness and high social competence

Very good knowledge of written and spoken in English & German

Experienced handling of the standard software MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word

Willingness to travel to the Berlin and Grafing sites
