RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies ti identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Achieving sales revenue targets for new and existing accounts, demonstrating exceptional deal-closing skills
  • Conduct bid defenses (virtual/face-to-face), including storyline, team coaching, and Q&A handling
  • Support/lead budget and contract negotiations in close coordination with Legal/Finance/Operations
  • Act as an interfaxe between the customer and internal teams (including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, Pharmacovigilance)
  • Represent Nuvisan at conferences/partner events, showcasting the company's expertise and capabilities
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying potential opportunities and threats

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or comparable qualification/experience
  • Several years of experience in business development sales in CRO or in clinical trial environment (sponsor/vendor)
  • Client-centric Negotiation: Expertise in analyzing clients needs, designing proposals, and closing complex deals
  • Proven track record in business development or sales with trackable achievements in client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident in stakeholder management up to C-level
  • Structures, independent working style and strong team orientation in cross-functional environments
  • Commitment to continuous learning and innovative problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel (up to approx. 30% within Europe)
  • Fluent in English (German/other languages an advantage)
